A few Questions & Answers
You talk about 'Reconnective Healing®' but what IS Healing? Healing can take many forms which are so subtle that we may not recognise them until months later. In addition to the disappearance of physical symptoms, healing can take many forms that are not traditionally thought of as such. Healing can be the release of a long held fear or greater insight and clarity about a troublesome issue. Or it can be improved relationships or things finally falling into place so that elusive opportunities suddenly materialize. Or it may be we come to realize that life is more enjoyable and we approach each day with a renewed sense of adventure. Return to top
Reconnective Healing® sessions usually take 30 minutes. Some sessions will go longer - it depends on you and where you are in your life. The important thing to remember is that the healing will take place. The experience is yours and is very unique to you. At the end of a session one feels refreshed with a more positive, balanced and relaxed outlook. Return to top There are no negative side effects of Reconnective Healing® or The Reconnection™. Sometimes clients will have a response in a Reconnective Healing® session which will continue on for several days and that is fine. It is important that the client realise however that any responses are necessary for their healing to progress. Talk to your practitioner if you are concerned however. Return to top I don't feel at all comfortable with the practitioner touching me. That's fine. Don't worry. Reconnective Healing® is done with the hands off the body. The practitioner does not need to touch you. All you will be asked to do is to take your shoes off and lay on the massage table. Return to top What actually happens during a session? You will be asked to lie down on the massage table. The practitioner will ask you to close your eyes and following the session, will ask for your feedback on how the session went for you. You will be encouraged to relax and enjoy the experience. Return to top Will I need to stop any medications or medical treatment? Definitely NOT! You should never stop taking any medications unless under specific advice of your medical practitioner (GP) . Any medical treatment you are undergoing should continue until YOU decide - with your doctor - that treatment is no longer needed. Return to top How much will a Reconnective Healing® session cost? Cost varies from practitioner to practitioner. It is best to ask the practitioner who will be seeing you. Lesley charges $69 for a Reconnection Healing® session which usually lasts from 30-45 minutes. Return to top How many sessions will I need? That really will depend on you - sometimes it is one, sometimes more! It really is up to you and what is going on for you at present with your emotional, physical and spiritual needs. The healing which takes place is specific to you and what you need at this time and can only be guided by you. Return to top There have been a few negative comments recently about Reconnective Healing® - why do I need to come to you? You don't. Reconnective Healing® is very new in Australia and only YOU can decide what you feel comfortable with. If you feel Reconnective Healing® is right for you then go with it - experience it.! As a Practitioner of Reconnective Healing®, I can only say that you really need to decide whether Reconnective Healing® is for you. But I can guarantee that the experience will be like no other. You do not have to believe or understand Reconnective Healing® for it to work. Return to top Can Reconnective Healing® cause harm to me? No! You will not receive energies that will harm you due to a Reconnective Healing® session. Return to top What or what religion do I have to be for Reconnective Healing® to work? Reconnective Healing® will work on the client no matter what religion they are. They do not have to be religious for it to work for you. Return to top Do I have to have a disease, sickness, or pain to have a Reconnective Healing® session? No! Reconnective Healing® is used for many purposes other that diseases, pains and sicknesses. Reconnective Healing® sessions are very relaxing. Some clients state that their session has been the most relaxing experience they have ever had! Most say it is THE most unique healing they have experienced. Return to top Can any practitioner of Reconnective Healing® do The Reconnection™ for me? No. Only accredited practitioners in Level III 'The Reconnection™' process are able to do this for you. Some practitioners have chosen not to proceed with the level of training required for them to do The Reconnection™. Your practitioner must have Level III training in Reconnective Healing® to be able to give you a Reconnection™. Return to top I'm not getting better after my Reconnective Healing® session, why? You are always in control during a session. You will be consciously aware, yet very, very relaxed, somewhat like it feels as you begin to wake up in the morning.Return to top What actually is The Reconnection™? Briefly, The Reconnection™ is where the healer "draws" meridian lines on your body which connect to an endless, larger. indefinite, mapped out Axiatonal grid. At one point in time we were all connected through these lines that circle our planet. The Reconnection™ brings in 'new' Axiatonal lines which enable us to standardize unique vibratory levels and frequencies for healing and evolution.
