Reconnective Healing®  addresses the person, rather than the disease, caring rather than curing and empowering clients wherever possible to use self-care approaches and to be active participants in decisions regarding their health.

Reconnective Healing®  is based on the fundamental assumption that there is a universal life energy that sustains all living organisms.  This universal life force is free and available to all.  The healing energy is channelled through the healer to the client.  

It re-energises and relaxes the client to enable his/her own natural resources to deal with illness or injury in the best possible way - for them.

Clients receiving healing tend to experience sensations of being re-energised or relaxed, heat or coolness, and the pain coming to the surface and dispersing.  Experiences differ from client to client however,  as each person is an individual.  Feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by all. 

Healing can be given for any illness, stress or injury as a therapy, which is completely natural, has no side effects and is complementary to any other therapy.

Healing therapists do not give advice which conflicts with that given by a doctor, nor do they interfere with medically prescribed treatments.  Clients are always advised to contact their medical practitioner about conditions, which may require medical attention.

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people 

can change the world.   Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.

Attunement based healing?  (No, we activate hands). 

There are attunement based healing modalities.  I have experience with both Reiki and Reconnective Healing® but once experiencing Reconnective Healing® however, I believe you will find it very difficult to compare any other modalities to them at all.  With Reconnective Healing®  the 'activation' of hands is actually done when attending the seminars.  This permanently expands the student's energy field to be a vessel for a specific energy vibration.    Reconnective Healing® works very effectively for emotional, mental and spiritual healing. 

Many who are drawn to Reconnective Healing® are indeed Reiki Masters and Practitioners, who wish to blend the power of the two vibrations in their work. But of course, we also have many other practitioners who are doctors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, reflexologists, aromatherapists and other healing modalities who have also wholeheartedly embraced Reconnective Healing®.  It is highly recommended for any other healers (of any modality be it massage, or energy workers) as it will enhance their healing work.
